Most gear is made to order, when you send your order in, it will then be sent to CSM groups contracted embroidery shop or print shop. Then the packer will pick it up and pack it, often in a vacuum pack bag and envelope or flat rate box, then sent by Canada Post. Generally in the summer orders will be sent out once a week. In the winter it may be slower related to volume.
